Careers in Solar Energy?
Im interested in getting a job in solar energy and I’ve been researching it but all I’ve found is an installer, technician, engineer, or a manager. What are some other jobs in solar energy?
The only other career in solar energy is as a graduate student assistant to a scientist performing primary research at your nearest research University. Eventually, you can become a solar energy researcher yourself and compete for grants with which to do studies. You can study solar engineering at that university and become an engineer yourself, or you can find a business that is making and installing the systems and get a job doing it. It depends on your intellectual and mechanical abilities and what skills you can master, what kind of job you can wind up with.
